During my time as a volunteer, I've had a number of experiences that have left their mark on me, but one of the most important has undoubtedly been the opportunity to get to know myself better. Over time, I realised more clearly what I like to do and what motivates me on a personal and professional level.
Another point was the people I met. I formed bonds, made new friends and socialised with people from different cultures. I also had the chance to develop my creativity a lot, as many of the projects I took part in required new ideas and different ways of thinking.
What's more, being able to get to know new places and travel to other countries made the experience even more complete. Each destination brought something new and contributed to my personal growth.
